Where to find it

In the app, open the Listing Optimizer → AI Builder → pick the product. Right below the listing data you'll see the Generate images block, with a NEW badge. The history of previous generations for that product lives in the same place.

What the tool generates

The starting point is always the real product photo. From it, you get the full set:

  • Main image on a white background, built from the real photo, as Amazon requires.
  • Infographics with key differentiators, dimensions and what's in the box.
  • Lifestyle images showing the product in use. When people appear in the scene, the image is labeled AI-generated person.
  • A+ modules.

Sizes come out right: 2000×2000 for the product page and 1940×1200 for A+. Each file has a standardized name and filled-in metadata (title, subject, tags, comments and copyright "© your brand"), following EcomVision's EV-012 standard. Download one image at a time or the whole deck as a .zip.

Deck strategy: every image has a reason

Before generating, the Deck strategy block shows who the listing is talking to and how the deck will win that shopper over:

  • Target audiences for the product, drawn from reviews and listing data;
  • Deck plan: which image takes each slot and what it needs to prove;
  • Visual style: colors, typography and scene mood, consistent across every image.

Each image's prompt is visible and editable. And on every image, the Why this image? button shows the shopper question it answers and the verified evidence from reviews and listing data. No pretty images without a job to do.

Versions: redo, edit and choose

Don't like an image? You have four options, without losing what's already done:

  • Redo it with the same request;
  • Edit it by describing the change in text ("make the background lighter," "change the headline at the top");
  • create a variation;
  • choose the version that goes into the download.

Variations and other marketplaces

If the product has sibling listings (size, color, flavor), the tool adapts the deck to each variation while keeping the same style. To sell in other marketplaces, the deck is translated into en-US, es-MX, es-ES, en-GB, fr-FR, de-DE and it-IT. Images without text are reused; only those with text are redone in the new language.

Test before you publish

A good image is one that makes the shopper click and buy. That's why there are three ways to test the deck before it goes to Amazon:

  • Simulated search and shelf. Simulated search places your main image among catalog results, in desktop or mobile view. The shelf puts your deck next to competitors. It approximates the Amazon screen; it is not the real screen.
  • AI-simulated audience test. Shopper avatars, created by AI from your audience profiles, vote for the image they prefer, explain why and say what was missing. It's a simulation, not a survey of real people: use it to find weak spots before you spend, not to predict sales. At the end, the What to do now panel sums up the fixes.
  • Shopper question coverage. Shows what percentage of the questions found in reviews and raised by the avatars the deck answers. For each unanswered question, the Create image for this question button generates the missing image.

What to do now: create an image that answers "does it fit in a car cup holder?" (a question the deck doesn't answer).

Action plan

1. Strategy→ 2. Generate→ 3. Review→ 4. Test→ 5. Download→ 6. Publish→ 7. Measure
  1. Strategy: check the audiences, deck plan and style. Adjust anything that doesn't match your product.
  2. Generate: click Generate images and wait a few minutes.
  3. Review: look at each image and its "Why this image?". Make sure dimensions, colors and copy are true to the real product.
  4. Test: run the simulated search, the shelf and the simulated audience test; close the unanswered questions.
  5. Download: pick the versions and download the .zip.
  6. Publish: upload the images in Seller Central and write down the date of the change.
  7. Measure: compare the 14 days before with the 14 days after: sessions, conversion rate and ad CTR. Remember it's correlation: price, inventory, seasonality and campaign changes also move these numbers.

For the comparison, the Shopper Funnel shows sessions and conversion by product, and the article Amazon conversion rate helps you tell whether your number is good.
