Pause, re-enable and add negatives in bulk, with a preview before anything is applied.
Bulk Actions brings together, in one place, the operations that touch many search terms, keywords, products or campaigns at once in your Amazon Ads account — pause with an explained verdict, re-enable with data, add negative keywords, create Sponsored Products campaigns and adjust placements. Because it writes directly to your live account, every run goes through a preview, required confirmation, and is logged in the history.

What it is and who it's for
Bulk Actions puts your Amazon Ads account's bulk operations in one place, organized in tabs: Manager (view and edit all campaigns), Campaigns, Products, Re-enable (turns paused keywords/targets back on and removes negatives), Negatives (blocks search terms that spend without selling), Pause (with an explained verdict per item), Bids, Create (new Sponsored Products campaigns) and a History of everything that has been run.
It's built for sellers who manage a large catalog or many campaigns and need to act on dozens of search terms, products or campaigns at once, instead of repeating the same change by hand, item by item, in Seller Central or the Amazon Ads console.
The problem it solves
Adjusting ads at scale — pausing dozens of search terms that spend without selling, re-enabling what was paused by mistake, adding irrelevant keywords as negatives or reviewing budgets across many campaigns — is slow and error-prone when done one by one. And any tool that changes your live account in bulk is risky without a review step before it runs.
How it works
Pick the operation
Re-enable, add negatives, pause, create Sponsored Products campaigns, or manage existing campaigns and products — each with its own tab and filters.
Review the preview
Before applying, see exactly what will change on each selected search term, keyword, product or campaign.
Confirm to run
Confirmation is required and explicit — nothing is sent to the Amazon Ads API without this step.
It's logged in the history
Every bulk run is recorded — what changed, on how many items and when — for lookup and traceability.
Amazon suggestions — suggested budget vs. real profit
Amazon almost always recommends raising your campaign budgets. The Amazon Suggestions tab ("Amazon suggests vs. our profit") puts the daily budget that Amazon itself recommends next to your real profit — after product cost, fees and taxes — and adds a badge telling you when the suggestion pays off. It's read-only: nothing changes on Amazon; when you decide to raise a budget, you apply it in the Manager or Campaigns tabs.
Worth raising
ACoS within the account's ACoS target. Raising the budget tends to bring more sales without eating your profit.
Caution
ACoS above target but still below break-even (still profitable, with a thinner margin) — or no product cost entered to measure it. Raise it gradually.
Don't follow it
The campaign spent without selling in 30 days, or ACoS is past break-even. More budget only grows the loss.
What the screen shows
Suggested budget, clicks and impressions lost in the last 7 days due to budget limits, 30-day spend and ACoS, break-even and estimated profit per campaign.
On Amazon Brazil, budget suggestions are only offered for Sponsored Brands; in accounts from other countries, such as the US, active Sponsored Products campaigns appear as well.
Example
In the Campaign Manager you spot a campaign with ACoS well above target and spend climbing with no sales. You go to the Pause tab, review the explained verdict for that campaign's search terms, select the ones that only spend, check the preview with the exact items that will be paused, and confirm. The next day, in the Re-enable tab, you turn back on a term that had been paused by mistake in a different campaign.
Integrations and data used
Amazon Ads API
Reads campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets and metrics — and writes to pause, re-enable, add negatives, adjust bids/placements and create campaigns.
Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API)
Sales and orders, used to match ad performance with each product's real results.
Other EcomVision modules
Costs and margin feed the pause verdict and the re-enable suggestions, with no need to re-enter anything.
Controls and safety
Unlike most EcomVision modules, Bulk Actions really changes your Amazon Ads account — so the safety model here is about controlling that change, not just reading data.
High impact — changes your live account
Every bulk operation is clearly flagged as an action that changes your live Amazon Ads account, not a simulation.
Required preview
Before any run, you see exactly which items will be affected and what change will be applied to each one.
Explicit confirmation
No bulk action is sent to the Amazon Ads API without a separate, deliberate confirmation.
History log
Every run is recorded in the History tab, with what changed and when, for lookup and traceability.
Isolated per account
Each tenant only sees and changes its own connected Amazon Ads accounts — no data or action is accessible to any other EcomVision customer.

Bulk Actions vs. the Amazon Ads console, item by item
Amazon Ads console, item by item
Pause, re-enable or add negatives term by term, campaign by campaign, with no consolidated verdict on why and no preview of the whole batch's impact.
With Bulk Actions
Select many items at once, review the reason and the preview of the change, confirm, and track everything afterward in the history.
Frequently asked questions
Does Bulk Actions really change my Amazon Ads account?
Yes. Unlike read-only modules, pausing, re-enabling, adding negatives and creating campaigns here applies the change to your live Amazon Ads account. That's why every operation goes through a preview of what will change, requires explicit confirmation before it runs, and is logged in the history.
How does the preview work before applying?
Before any bulk run, the platform shows exactly which search terms, keywords, products or campaigns will be affected and what change will be applied to each one. Only after you review and confirm is the action sent to the Amazon Ads API.
What is the explained verdict on a pause?
Every pause suggestion (for a search term, keyword or campaign) comes with the reason — for example, spend above the limit with no sales in the period — so you decide with context, not just an isolated number.
Can I undo a bulk action?
Every run is kept in the History, with what changed and when. Reverting depends on the type of action — re-enabling something that was paused, for example, is done from the Re-enable tab itself — but full traceability is always available.
