Every order, with real profit calculated instantly.

The Sales page shows your Amazon order feed in real time — item by item, with referral fee, FBA fee, taxes and product cost already deducted. As soon as an order comes in, you see how much profit it made, without waiting for the period to close.

What it is and who it's for

Sales is your business's order feed, order by order, in near real time (including orders not yet settled). Each row shows the item sold, the fulfillment channel (FBA or FBM), the status, the order total, the marketplace net, taxes and the profit already calculated — and you can open any order to see the full breakdown: referral fee, FBA fee, taxes and product cost, line by line.

It works with multiple accounts and marketplaces at once — view all of them together or one at a time, with totals split by currency (USD, BRL, etc.) when you sell in more than one country.

It's for anyone who needs to track what's coming in right now, find a specific order fast (by order ID, SKU, ASIN or account), or check profit order by order instead of waiting for the period to close. If you want totals by product and by period, that's the Dashboard, not Sales — the two work together.

The problem it solves

In Seller Central, seeing the profit on a specific order means opening the order, checking the settlement, subtracting the referral fee and FBA fee by hand, and then subtracting a product cost that isn't even there. That's impossible to do order by order — in practice, anyone investigating a specific order (a customer complaint, a return, an item with an odd margin) wastes time pulling together information scattered across several places.

How it works

1️⃣

Filter what you need

Date range, channel, financial status, or search directly by order ID, SKU, ASIN or account.

2️⃣

Synced order feed

Amazon orders (Orders) and settlements (Finances) synced via SP-API, including those not yet settled.

3️⃣

Profit calculated per order

Each row already shows total, marketplace net, taxes and profit — no need to open anything.

4️⃣

Full breakdown in one click

Open any order and see referral fee, FBA fee, taxes and product cost, item by item, with the order's margin and final profit.

Example

A customer complains about a specific order, or you notice a product sold at an odd margin. Instead of opening Seller Central and cross-referencing the orders report with the settlement report, you search for the order by ID or SKU right in Sales, open the breakdown and see exactly how much went to referral fee, FBA fee, taxes and product cost — and whether that order's profit matched what you expected.

Integrations and data used

Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API)

Orders and financial settlements (Finances) — including orders not yet settled — synced with your account, authorized via OAuth.

Controls and security

🔒

Read-only

Sales only displays orders that already exist in your Amazon account — it doesn't change prices, listings, campaigns or orders.

🛡️

Isolated per account

Each tenant sees only its own orders — no data is accessible to any other EcomVision customer.

Sales vs. manual Seller Central reports

In Seller Central

Open the order, cross-reference the settlement report to find the referral fee and FBA fee, and subtract product cost by hand — order by order.

In EcomVision Sales

Search for the order by ID, SKU, ASIN or account and see profit already calculated, with the full breakdown one click away.

Frequently asked questions

Does Sales show period totals, like the Dashboard?

No. Sales is the real-time feed of individual orders — each row is one order, with profit already calculated. For totals by period and by product, use the Dashboard.

Does it work with multiple accounts and currencies at once?

Yes. You can view all connected accounts together or filter one at a time, and totals are split by currency (USD, BRL, etc.) when the account sells in more than one marketplace.

Where does the Sales data come from?

From the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) — Orders and Finances, including orders not yet settled.

Does Sales take any action on my Amazon account?

No. It's a read-only view — it shows orders that already exist in your account. No action is taken without your explicit approval in other areas of the platform.
