Many client accounts, one dashboard.

The Multi-account plan is built for agencies, consultants and managers who run Amazon accounts for multiple clients. See everyone together or one at a time, give each client access only to what's theirs, and decide what they can see and change.

What it is and who it's for

At the top of the dashboard, the Agency / Client selector switches between View all — global data across every client — and a single client with their own operations. A marketplace filter separates each marketplace.

It's for anyone who today opens one tab per client, pastes numbers into a spreadsheet to build reports and sends screenshots over chat. EcomVision itself runs 35 client accounts on this same platform — the Multi-account plan is what we use every day.

The problem it solves

Seller tools are built for one account. Managing twenty takes something else: spotting where the problems are across all of them, jumping into the right client, showing results without exposing another client's data, and letting the client follow along without touching what they shouldn't. That's what the Multi-account plan solves.

How it works

🗂️

Consolidated dashboard

Sales, profit after Ads, margins, ACoS, TACoS, ROI and orders summed across all clients or just one — up to 15 KPIs you choose, with a month-end forecast.

🏷️

Groups per client

Accounts with the same nickname become a group — the brand or the client. The group dashboard shows the brand's sales, profit, margin, Ads, spend leaks and inventory, summed across its accounts.

👥

Client access

Invite the client as "view and edit costs/goals" or "read-only", limited to their own groups, with per-module restrictions and an access end date.

🎯

Priorities for everyone

The Priority Center builds a global priority queue, and Vision suggests actions per account — up to 10 accounts, 5 actions each, ranked by the money at stake.

Clients see what's theirs — and nothing else

Each invited person is locked to the groups you grant: one, several or all. You can restrict by module (none, view, edit or admin) and set Access until to match the end of the contract — on that date, access to the dashboard, AI connectors, the browser extension and automated reports is cut off. Agency clients log in directly, without going through company sign-up.

Per account, you can turn on the simplified view: the client sees results without technical columns, bids are read-only and applying suggestions stays with the manager. It's a view, not white-labeling: the dashboard keeps the EcomVision branding.

Client reports without spreadsheets

Smart Boards per account, with scheduled email delivery (daily or weekly) and the option to share with the client — always behind a login, never via a public link. Push Reports per recipient, by email or Telegram, choosing which accounts to include. Privacy mode hides client names on screen, so you can present the dashboard without exposing anyone.

Example

Monday morning, you open "View all": the monthly forecast shows two clients behind pace. The Priority Center already puts an Ads spend leak for one of them at the top. You jump into that client, fix it, and at 9 a.m. the weekly Smart Board lands in the client's inbox — and, in the simplified view, they follow the results without seeing the internal side of the operation.

Integrations and data used

Amazon Ads API and SP-API

Accounts for multiple clients, Seller and Vendor, US and Brazil. One Amazon Ads login brings in several profiles at once; the client can authorize their own account, which lands in the right group.

Vision and AI connectors

Vision reads the agency's accounts respecting the selected client, with safeguards against mixing client data.

Controls and limits

🛡️

Database isolation

Each subscriber is isolated in the database, and each person only sees the groups granted to them.

⏳

Access with an end date

"Access until" ends the client's access when the contract ends, without relying on someone to remember.

✋

Nothing applied in bulk blindly

Actions Vision suggests across accounts are prepared and confirmed inside each account.

Multi-account plan vs. one tool account per client

One tool per client

One tab and one login per account, reports built by hand, screenshots over chat and all-or-nothing client access.

With EcomVision

All clients in one dashboard, groups by brand, client access by group and by module, scheduled reports and a single priority queue.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Multi-account plan?

It's EcomVision's plan for agencies, consultants and managers who run Amazon accounts for multiple clients: a consolidated dashboard, groups per client, client access by group and by module, and scheduled reports. Pricing is on request, for more than 12 accounts.

What's the difference between the Multi-account plan and EcomVision Agency?

The Multi-account plan is software for people who manage client accounts. EcomVision Agency is the service where our team manages your Amazon account.

Can my client access the dashboard?

Yes. You invite the client with read-only access or with permission to edit costs and goals, limited to their own groups, with per-module restrictions and an access end date.

Can the dashboard carry my agency's branding?

No. The simplified view hides technical columns and makes bids read-only for the client, but the dashboard keeps the EcomVision branding.

Who connects the client's Amazon account?

You or the client. Whoever holds the primary Amazon user authorizes it, and the account joins the client's group.

Does it work with accounts in different marketplaces?

Yes. Amazon US and Amazon Brazil accounts live in the same dashboard; amounts in different currencies are shown separately by currency.
