Monitors: your Amazon account tells you when something goes off track.

Turn on automatic alerts for low inventory, high ACoS, low margin, sales drops, low ratings, lost Buy Box, inactive listings and account health. Every day the platform checks each monitor and alerts you in the bell and by email.

What it is and who it's for

It lives under Operations → Monitors, inside each account, for Amazon US and Brazil. Pick a ready-made template, adjust the threshold, and the platform starts watching it for you.

It's for sellers who don't have time to open every screen every day, and for agencies managing multiple accounts that need to know first where the problem is.

The problem it solves

Inventory that runs out, a campaign that starts spending without selling, or a listing that goes inactive usually get noticed days later, when the sale is already lost. Checking everything by hand, product by product, doesn't fit into a normal routine. Monitors do that check every day and only call you when needed.

How it works

📦

Inventory and sales

Inventory coverage below X days at the current sales pace, and a sales drop for the account or a product compared with the previous period.

📣

Ads

Each campaign's ACoS over the last few days above a limit or above the ACoS target you set for it.

💰

Profit

Net margin for a product and for the whole account (after ads, fees, taxes and COGS) below the minimum or margin target you set.

🛡️

Ratings, Buy Box, listings and account

Product rating below X stars (checked every day), product without the Buy Box, a listing that's no longer active, and Account Health out of the green.

Vision investigates and leaves the plan ready

When a monitor fires, Vision looks at what's behind it and lays out what to do. High ACoS or low margin: the search terms spending without selling and the bids off target, only in the campaigns involved, ready for you to approve one by one. Low inventory: how much to restock for each product. Sales drop: what changed (inactive listing, Buy Box, inventory, ads). The email arrives with a “Review and approve” button.

Example

You turn on "Low inventory coverage" with a 20-day threshold and "High campaign ACoS" using each campaign's ACoS target. On a Tuesday morning, the app alerts you that the insulated water bottle has 12 days of inventory left and that an auto campaign is running at 58% ACoS against a 30% target. The email already lists the products and campaigns, and you fix both before losing sales. (Illustrative example.)

Controls and limits

👁️

You decide the autonomy

By default nothing changes without your click. In automatic mode, only negating search terms with zero sales, up to 10 per day, with Undo. Price is never suggested.

🔕

No email overload

One email per occurrence, only to whoever created the monitor. The alert closes on its own when the problem is resolved.

❔

No false alarms

When there's not enough data to check (a product with no sales or no cost), the monitor shows “No data” instead of alerting for nothing.

👥

Role-based permissions

Users with a read-only role can see monitors and alerts, but can't create or change them.

Up to 50 monitors per account. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

Frequently asked questions

What can I monitor?

Nine situations: low inventory coverage, high campaign ACoS (a fixed limit or the campaign's ACoS target), low product margin, low account margin (a fixed limit or your margin target), a sales drop for the account or a product, a low product rating, a lost Buy Box, an inactive listing and Account Health out of the green.

When are monitors checked?

Every morning, using the data the platform has already synced from your account. You can also click Evaluate now at any time.

How do I get alerted?

In the app's bell, for everyone with access to the account, and by email to whoever created the monitor, once per occurrence. The alert closes on its own when the situation is resolved.

Does a monitor change anything in my account?

Only if you want it to. By default, Vision leaves a plan with ready-made actions, and each one waits for you to click Apply. If you turn on “Apply safe actions automatically” on the monitor, it will only negate search terms that spent with zero sales, up to 10 per day, and everything can be undone.

Does it work for Amazon US?

Yes. Monitors use the data from your connected account, whether it's on Amazon US or Amazon Brazil.
