Choose what arrives by email or Telegram — and stop repeating alerts you've already seen.
Push Reports is one place to decide what to receive, through which channel, for whom, from which accounts and how often: runs, briefing, account health alerts, inventory, BSR, campaigns and keywords. Each recipient picks email, Telegram or both — bundled into a single delivery, and only when there's real news.
Push Reports · see it in action
Alerts by email or Telegram, only when something changes.

What it is and who it's for
It lives in the System → Push Reports menu. You add a recipient (any email address, with or without an EcomVision login), choose which accounts they get data from — all of yours or a selection — and, for each report in the catalog, flip the toggle and set the channel, frequency, day of the week and time. A badge shows the last send date of each report, and the "Send test now" button sends a preview right away.
It's for people who follow the business without opening the dashboard — the manager who wants the daily summary, the agency that sends the same report to its end client, the partner who only wants to know when something changes. Whoever lives on their phone picks Telegram and gets it instantly; whoever prefers an organized history keeps email; whoever wants both checks both.
The problem it solves
Before, each report had its own rules: Runs configured per account, Briefing sent only to a fixed internal list, health alerts firing on their own — with no single place to decide what anyone receives. And reports that just resend "nothing changed" every day train recipients to ignore the email — the alert that matters (the product that went out of stock, the BSR that tanked) gets lost in the noise.
How it works
One recipient, one scope
Each email address has its own account scope — all of yours or a selection — and its own list of active reports.
Frequency per report
Daily, weekly (with day of the week) or monthly (with day of the month), each with its own time — health alerts fire on events, not on a schedule.
Channel per report
Each report has its own "Send via": Email, Telegram or both. The daily briefing on Telegram to read on your phone, the weekly report with an attachment by email — on the same screen.
Connecting Telegram takes one tap
The "Connect" button opens the EcomVision bot with a one-time code. The person taps Start and that's it. To stop, they send /stop to the bot themselves.
One bundled delivery
Everything due at the same time for the same recipient arrives together, in sections — no flooded inbox or string of separate messages.
Only what's new
BSR and keywords only reappear if they moved past the threshold since the last alert; inventory and campaign alerts only fire on a state change — not while the state stays the same.
Test before you rely on it
"Send test now" sends the bundled delivery — through the chosen channel — with the current snapshot, without counting as a scheduled send or using up change tracking.
Example
You add your team's email with all accounts in scope and turn on seven reports at 10 p.m. on Monday: Runs (with PDF+CSV attachment), Briefing, Inventory, Restocked, BSR (5% threshold), No campaign and Keywords with above-average spend (this one and the performance report at 8 a.m. on Monday). Every Monday, a single email arrives at 10 p.m. with the sections that have news — if a product's BSR hasn't moved more than 5% since the last alert, the BSR section simply doesn't mention that product.
Integrations and data used
Amazon Ads & Selling Partner API
Runs, campaigns, keywords and inventory (FBA) come from the same daily-synced data that powers the rest of the platform.
Daily listing snapshot
The BSR change compares the current value with the stored snapshot, and with the last value actually alerted — not with the previous day.
Account health alerts
Possible suspension and sync failures from your own alerts become instant emails for subscribers, with no duplicates when an alert is merely updated.
Controls and security
You own the delivery
A recipient only gets data from accounts that you — the person who set it up — can access. Permission is rechecked on every send, not just when saving.
Everyone sees only their own recipients
Each user manages and sees only the recipients they added — never those of another user on the same account.
No empty sends
If nothing is left to report after applying scope and change tracking, the delivery simply doesn't go out.
Telegram never drops an alert
If the channel is Telegram but nobody has connected yet, the report goes by email instead of disappearing. No alert is lost to a half-finished setup.
Recipients decide when to stop
The connection code is single-use and expires in 15 minutes. Recipients can opt out on their own with /stop in the bot, without depending on whoever set it up.

Push Reports vs. standalone reports
Standalone reports
Each report with its own scattered settings, and the same alert repeated every day even when nothing really changed.
In EcomVision
One place for every report, one bundled email per recipient and time slot, and silence when there's nothing new.
Frequently asked questions
Who can receive the reports?
Any email address you want, even without an EcomVision login — your team, your client, your business partner. You add the recipient and choose which reports they get, from which accounts and how often.
Does a recipient get one message per report?
No. All reports due at the same time for the same recipient arrive bundled in a single delivery, with one section per report — for both email and Telegram. Reports scheduled for different times are sent separately.
Will I get the same alert again if nothing changed?
No. Change-based reports (BSR, keywords losing performance) and state-change reports (out of stock, restocked, no campaign) only reappear when something actually changes — nothing is repeated without news. Closed-period reports (Runs, Briefing) always arrive, since each one covers a new window.
Can I get the reports on Telegram?
Yes. Each report has a Send via field with Email, Telegram or both. To connect, click Connect on the recipient: it opens the EcomVision bot with a one-time code, and once they tap Start, reports set to Telegram arrive there.
What if I choose Telegram but nobody has connected?
The report goes by email. Telegram is only used when a chat is connected to the recipient; otherwise delivery falls back to email instead of disappearing, so no alert is lost to a half-finished setup.
How do I stop receiving reports on Telegram?
The recipient sends /stop to the bot and the link is removed instantly, without depending on whoever set it up. The person who set it up can also use the Disconnect button on the recipient screen. The connection code is single-use and expires in 15 minutes.
Can a recipient see data from accounts I no longer have access to?
No. The accounts included in each delivery are recalculated every time it's sent, based on what you — the owner of the setup — can access at that moment. If you lose an account, it drops out of the next emails; if you gain a new account and the scope is "all my accounts," it's added automatically.
