What it is and who it's for
It lives under Intelligence → Reports / Analytics → Smart Boards in the menu. You build a board from scratch or start from a ready-made template (Executive Overview or Ads Performance), pick the widgets, name it, and the board is available at its own URL — with scheduled email delivery and the option to share it with your client.
It's for anyone who needs a recurring executive summary without building a spreadsheet or slide deck every week — a business partner, an agency client or the operator who wants the same set of KPIs always at hand.

How it works
Build a board
Start from a ready-made template (Executive Overview, Ads Performance) or from scratch, choosing the widgets — KPIs, charts, tables.
Schedule delivery
Daily or weekly delivery (with time and day of the week) of an email summary with the P&L KPIs and a link to the full board.
Its own URL and sharing
Each board has its own URL. Sharing with your client is an explicit option per board — never an unauthenticated public link.
Example
You build an "Executive Overview" board for a private-label brand client, schedule weekly delivery on Mondays at 8 a.m. and check "Share with client." Every Monday they get an email with the week's sales, profit, margin and ACoS, plus a link to the full board — without logging in to the platform or you putting together a summary by hand.

What is a Smart Board?
A custom board with the widgets you choose — KPIs, charts and tables — built from the same data as the platform's reports. Each board has its own URL and can be built from scratch or from a ready-made template, such as Executive Overview or Ads Performance.
Can I schedule a board to be sent by email?
Yes. Each board can have a daily or weekly schedule (with time and day of the week), sending an email summary with the main P&L KPIs for the last 7 days and a link to the full board.
Can I share a Smart Board with my client?
Yes, through an explicit "Share with client" option on each board — never through an unauthenticated public link. It's designed for agencies that report to private-label brand clients or managed accounts.
What comes in the Executive Overview template?
KPIs for Total sales, Net profit, Net margin and ACoS over the last 30 days (from the P&L), a daily trend chart (total sales, ad sales, spend and ACoS over the period) and a daily profit bridge (sales, COGS, fees, taxes and profit) shown as bars or a waterfall.
