Buy Box: see where you're losing the sale.

For every product you advertise: who holds the Buy Box, your price, the Buy Box price, the lowest competitor, and how much you're spending on ads for a product that may not even be selling for you.

What it is and who it's for

It lives under Competitive → Buy Box. The cards at the top summarize the account and double as filters: Products with Buy Box, Contested products, Products with no offer and Ad spend at risk.

It's built for brands and resellers competing with other sellers on the same product — and for anyone managing multiple accounts: view one account, a group, or all of them at once.

The problem it solves

Sponsored ads send the shopper to the product page; whoever holds the Buy Box gets the sale. If a competitor has it, you pay for the click and they make the sale. Amazon tells you little, and late. The Buy Box tab matches each product's status against its ad spend and shows where your money is funding someone else's sale.

How it works

🏷️

Status by product

Buy Box status, your price, the Buy Box price, the lowest competitor, the number of competitors and offers, and ad spend — product by product.

⏱️

Check now

Data refreshes every 6 hours; the "Check now" button queries the Buy Box on Amazon right then.

📊

Buy Box Share

How long each seller held the Buy Box and at what price, over 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or since launch.

🤖

Automate pricing

A shortcut turns on Amazon's own automated pricing for one product or in bulk.

Search by UPC/EAN and multi-account view

Search accepts the name, ASIN, SKU or UPC/EAN of the account's products. Scope goes from one account to a group or every account you manage — handy for agencies and for brands with more than one account.

When the account doesn't have its seller ID saved, the screen tells you it can show price and Buy Box but can't confirm whether you're the one winning.

Example

The "Ad spend at risk" card shows a high number. You filter "Contested products" and find one where a reseller holds the Buy Box 3% below your price — and your campaign keeps spending on it. In Buy Box Share, the reseller held it 70% of the last month. You decide between adjusting your price and pulling budget from that product.
