What it is and who it's for
It lives inside Bulk Actions → Bids, with the "Leaks only" filter on — the same screen also appears as a downloadable report in the Reports hub. A "What to do now" banner sums up the total leaked in the period (e.g., "$1,696.27 leaking across 39 search terms/targets in the last 30 days") and recommends the action: add negatives for the ones that don't convert, lower the bid on the rest.
It's built for anyone running Sponsored Products who needs to stop the budget bleed without combing through the search term report line by line — the table comes filtered and sorted by spend, with the suggested fix next to each item.
The problem it solves
In an account with hundreds of keywords and auto targets, some search terms keep spending month after month without ever converting — and slip by because Amazon's own search term report doesn't tell you what to do, it just shows the number. The Ad Spend Leak Finder cross-checks spend, sales and ACoS, decides what to negate and what just needs a lower bid, and leaves the fix ready to apply.
How it works
What to do now
A banner sums up the total leaked in the period and the recommended action — how many terms to negate and how many just need a lower bid.
Window and filter
Pick 7, 14 or 30 days, turn on "Leaks only" to see just what's bleeding, or search for a specific term or campaign.
Bulk adjustment
Percentage, fixed amount or the bid suggested by EcomVision — with -20%/-10%/+10%/+20% shortcuts — applied at once to the selected rows.
Recommended action per row
Each term/target comes with the suggested action (lower to the calculated bid or negate), so you don't have to decide number by number.
Example
The banner flags $1,696.27 leaking across 39 terms/targets in the last 30 days. You turn on "Leaks only", sort by spend and see the worst cases at the top — an auto target on a substitute product at 255% ACoS, paused, but still counting in the history. You select the 26 with zero sales to negate and apply the suggested bid (-10%) to the rest, all in a single confirmation.

Ad Spend Leak Finder vs. manual reporting
Manual reporting
Download Amazon's search term report, match spend and sales in a spreadsheet, and decide term by term what to negate or reduce.
In EcomVision
The leak list comes ready, with the dollar amount, the recommended action and bulk adjustment — no spreadsheet.
Frequently asked questions
What exactly does the Ad Spend Leak Finder show?
The Sponsored Products search terms and targets that spent without selling, or with ACoS far above reasonable, over the period you choose (7, 14 or 30 days) — each with spend, sales, ACoS, ROAS, current bid and the suggested bid to fix it.
How does bulk bid adjustment work?
You pick the mode (percentage, fixed amount, or apply the suggested bid calculated by EcomVision), set the value or use a shortcut (-20%, -10%, +10%, +20%), select the rows and apply them all at once — instead of opening each keyword or target in Amazon Ads and editing them one by one.
Does this actually change my Amazon Ads account?
Yes, when you apply. That's why the screen warns "high impact — changes your live account": the flow always asks for confirmation before writing the change to Amazon, and every change is logged in the Bulk Actions history.
Where is the Ad Spend Leak Finder in the platform?
Inside Bulk Actions, on the Bids tab, with the "Leaks only" filter on — the same screen is also listed in the Reports hub as a downloadable CSV report.
