A score for every listing, with the exact checklist of what to fix.

The Listing Optimizer evaluates your entire catalog and gives every listing an EcomVision score (0 to 10, A to F) — and it doesn't stop at the number: it shows, criterion by criterion, what's failing (title, images, bullets, backend keywords, Rufus, compliance) and fixes it in bulk with AI.

What it is and who it's for

The Listing Optimizer has three screens: Listing Grading, where every ASIN shows up with its score, status and next step; Optimizer, where fixes are applied product by product or in bulk; and Guide, EcomVision's official editorial manual, organized by criterion (title, bullets, images, backend keywords, Rufus, compliance), with the formula and practical rules the Grading uses to score.

In Grading, your catalog is grouped by score band (Excellent, Good, Weak, Not for sale/Inactive), with search by ASIN, SKU or name, and filters such as "With issues", "Grade A", "Third-party catalogs" or "Suppressed". Each row shows the score, the status, what to do and the specific issues when you expand the product — for example, a title without the brand at the start, or fewer images than recommended.

It's for anyone managing a catalog with many SKUs who needs to know — without opening listing after listing in Seller Central — which listings are weak and why, and to fix several at once instead of one by one.

The problem it solves

Judging the quality of an Amazon listing isn't black and white — title, images, bullets, backend keywords, Rufus indexing and claims compliance are different criteria, each with its own rules. Without a clear benchmark, reviewing listing by listing is subjective and slow, and in larger catalogs it's impossible to do for every ASIN whenever Amazon changes a requirement or a competitor raises the bar.

How it works

1️⃣

A score per ASIN

Every listing gets an EcomVision score (0–10 / A–F) and a status — approved, with issues, or needs an adjustment in Seller Central.

2️⃣

Checklist of what failed

Expand the product and see exactly which criterion failed and why — for example, a title without the brand at the start, or images below the recommended minimum.

3️⃣

Filter and select in bulk

Filter by score, issues or status, select up to 30 products at a time and send them to be optimized with AI or to generate product details in bulk.

4️⃣

Official guide by criterion

When a criterion fails, the Guide explains exactly how to fix it — formula, practical rules and what to avoid — the same reference used by the Grading and the Listing Builder.

Example

You filter the catalog by "With issues" and see 7 products below your target score. You expand one and see the title is missing the brand at the start and it's short on images. Instead of fixing them one by one, you select all 7, click "Optimize with AI" and review the suggestion before publishing — or check the Guide to understand the rule and adjust it manually in Seller Central if you prefer.

🔒

Nothing publishes without approval

Listing Optimizer vs. manual listing review

Manual review

Open each listing in Seller Central and eyeball the title, images, bullets and backend keywords, with no single standard — and repeat it for every new product or requirement change.

With the Listing Optimizer

See the whole catalog with a score and specific issues per criterion, and fix several listings at once with AI, guided by the same editorial standard across every product.

Frequently asked questions

How is the listing score calculated?

The EcomVision score (0 to 10, with a letter grade from A to F) evaluates criteria such as title, images, bullets, backend keywords, Rufus readiness and compliance — each one checked individually, with the exact reason when it fails.

What's the difference between the Listing Optimizer and the Listing Builder?

The Listing Optimizer evaluates listings that are already live and points out what to fix, with a checklist and bulk fixes. The Listing Builder writes the title, bullets, description and keywords from scratch (or rewrites them) to publish in Seller Central.

Do AI bulk fixes publish straight to Amazon?

Not without your approval. The AI prepares the fix based on the failed checklist, but applying it in Seller Central follows the same approval control as every other action on the platform.

Where do the criteria in the Guide come from?

It's EcomVision's official editorial guide for Amazon listings — the same reference the Grading uses to score and the Listing Builder uses to generate content, organized by criterion (title, bullets, images, backend keywords, Rufus, compliance).
