What every search term spends and sells — and what to do about it first.
The Keyword Optimizer shows the performance of every search term by product and includes an optimizer that points out what to negate, rebid or promote (harvest) — with the reason explained, the estimated savings, and a simulation available before applying any change to your live Amazon Ads account.

What it is and who it's for
The screen brings together four views: Performance (search terms with clicks in the period, grouped by product, with spend, sales, ACoS and clicks for each, plus Analysis, Terms and Bids panels per ASIN), Optimizer (recommendations from the last 30 days — negate, lower bid, raise bid and harvest — with estimated impact and priority level), Diagnosis and Bid History.
At the top, a summary shows how many terms are being monitored, how many spend without selling, how many have high ACoS, how many have a recommendation and how many are harvesting candidates — with a shortcut straight to the three top recommended actions right now. It's for anyone managing campaigns with lots of search terms who needs to decide quickly what to negate, adjust or scale, without digging through every term in the Amazon Ads console.
The problem it solves
In a campaign with dozens or hundreds of search terms, some spend without generating a sale while others perform well and deserve more investment — but finding them one by one in the Amazon Ads console is slow, and applying the fix manually for each term eats up time that could go to bigger decisions.
How it works
Overview with KPIs
Monitored terms, spend without sales, high ACoS, terms with a recommendation and harvesting available, with the 3 top recommended actions highlighted.
Performance by product
Search terms grouped by ASIN, with spend, sales, ACoS and clicks for each product, and filters for High ACoS, No sales, With recommendation and With sales.
Optimizer with recommendations
Suggestions to negate, adjust bids or promote (harvest), prioritized and with the reason explained — for example, spend with no sales in the period.
Simulate, then apply
Each recommendation can be simulated, dismissed or applied individually or in bulk — applying is what actually changes your live Amazon Ads account.
Example
In the Overview you see 5 critical search terms spending without selling. You go to the Optimizer, filter by Negate and find the term "alcohol marker", which spent $20.64 on 15 clicks without a single sale in a specific campaign — with estimated savings of $41.28/month if blocked. You simulate the effect, confirm it makes sense and apply it, along with the other 4 critical terms in the batch.
Integrations and data used
Amazon Ads API
Reads search terms, keywords, targets, bids and campaign metrics — and writes negatives, bid adjustments and harvested terms when you apply a recommendation.
Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API)
Sales by product, cross-referenced with ad spend to calculate ACoS and identify terms with no return.
Controls and security
The Keyword Optimizer changes your live Amazon Ads account when you apply a recommendation — that's why every suggestion can be simulated or dismissed before any change is sent.
Simulate before applying
Every recommendation, individual or in bulk, can be simulated to see the estimated effect before you confirm.
Applying is opt-in
Nothing changes in your Amazon Ads account until you click Apply — you can dismiss any recommendation individually.
Isolated per account
Each tenant only sees and changes its own campaigns — no data is accessible to any other EcomVision customer.

Keyword Optimizer vs. the Amazon Ads console
Amazon Ads console
See performance term by term, with no prioritized recommendation to negate, adjust or promote, and no estimated savings per term.
With the Keyword Optimizer
Prioritized recommendations with the reason explained, a simulation before applying, and bulk application when it makes sense.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Keyword Optimizer actually change my Amazon Ads account?
Only when you click Apply. Each recommendation (negate, adjust bid or harvest) can be simulated first to see the estimated effect, or dismissed — the change is only sent to the Amazon Ads API after you confirm.
What is keyword harvesting?
It's promoting a search term that performed well in an auto campaign (where Amazon decides what to show) to a manual campaign, where you control the bid for that specific term.
How does the optimizer decide what to negate?
It identifies search terms that spent during the period without generating a sale, with the exact amount wasted and the estimated monthly savings — every recommendation comes with an explanation of why, not just the term on its own.
Can I see performance by product, not just the account total?
Yes. The Performance tab lists search terms grouped by product (ASIN), with spend, sales, ACoS and clicks for each, plus Analysis, Terms and Bids panels per product.
