Selling wholesale to Amazon? 1P and 3P on one platform.

Connect your Vendor Central account and get a dedicated 1P Dashboard — revenue, real margin (Net PPM) and sales — using the same Product Costs and Suppliers records as your Seller accounts, and a menu that adapts on its own to what a 1P account actually uses.

What it is and who it's for

In Manage accounts, connect a Vendor Central account by entering the country and a nickname — EcomVision authenticates via SP-API, checks which Vendor reports and APIs the account grants, and from then on the account shows the Vendor · 1P badge. Its dashboard and menu stop being those of a Seller account and show only what makes sense for 1P.

It's for manufacturers and brands that sell wholesale directly to Amazon (Vendor Central) and want to see that business's revenue, margin and sales without leaving the platform where they already manage their Seller accounts — including when the same company runs 1P and 3P at the same time.

The problem it solves

Native Vendor Central shows sales and some reports, but not the business's real net margin — and it doesn't cross that number with the product cost you've already entered for your 3P accounts. And the generic menu of a multi-account platform tends to show screens that don't exist for 1P (Financial Reconciliation, 3P Listing Builder), confusing anyone who runs both.

How it works

🔌

Connect via Vendor Central

Enter the country and a nickname, authorize in Vendor Central and the account is created with the "Vendor · 1P" badge — no Amazon Ads required.

🔎

Permission check

The "1P Permissions" panel shows which reports and APIs (sales, inventory, margin, traffic, forecast, orders) the real account grants — before promising data it doesn't provide.

📊

1P Dashboard

Revenue (shipped/ordered), Margin (Net PPM), unit sales and Ads — with a monthly revenue chart. An honest empty state until the first Sync.

🧭

Streamlined menu

Financial Reconciliation and the 3P Listing Builder go away; the 1P Dashboard, Product Costs, Suppliers and the 1P Listing Builder come in. Ads only appears with Amazon Ads connected on the same account.

🧪

1P write test

Enter an ASIN (and the Vendor Code, if you know it) and check — in Amazon's own preview mode, without writing anything — whether the vendor can contribute listing content to that product.

Example

You connect the Vendor account of a brand that sells wholesale to Amazon. The permission check confirms access to Sales, Inventory and Margin (Net PPM); Direct Fulfillment isn't granted because it's a pure wholesale account. After the first Sync, the 1P Dashboard shows shipped revenue, net margin (Net PPM) and units sold for the period — with the Ads card waiting for the Amazon Ads connection to add ad spend to the same margin.

Integrations and data used

Amazon SP-API — Vendor Retail Analytics

Sales, Inventory, Net Pure Product Margin, Traffic and Forecasting — the reports the permission check confirms are available for the account.

Product Costs and Suppliers

The same per-SKU cost and supplier records used for Seller accounts feed the Vendor account's margin (Net PPM).

Amazon Ads API (optional)

When the same account also connects Amazon Ads, the 1P Dashboard's Ads card shows ad spend and ACoS.

Controls and security

🔒

Encrypted credentials

The Vendor account's refresh token is encrypted at rest, like any other account connected to EcomVision.

🧪

Never writes unless you say so

The listing write test always runs in Amazon's preview mode — no call from this screen actually changes the listing.

🛡️

Isolated per account and per tenant

Every read from the Vendor account — dashboard, permission check, write test — is filtered by account and tenant; no data is accessible to any other EcomVision customer.

Native Vendor Central vs. EcomVision

Native Vendor Central

Sales and raw reports, with no link to real product cost or to the company's other (Seller) accounts.

In EcomVision

Real net margin (Net PPM) already matched against Product Costs and Suppliers, with a dashboard and menu built for 1P, side by side with the Seller accounts in the same tenant.

Frequently asked questions

What is the EcomVision Vendor Central (1P) integration?

It connects your Vendor Central account (selling wholesale to Amazon, 1P) to the same platform where you already manage Seller (3P) accounts. Once connected, EcomVision checks which permissions the Vendor account grants and starts showing a dedicated 1P Dashboard with real sales and margin data.

What data shows up on the 1P Dashboard?

Shipped and ordered revenue, Net Pure Product Margin (Net PPM — already net of what Amazon deducts), unit sales and the Ads card (which lights up with ACoS once the account has Amazon Ads connected), plus a monthly revenue chart. Data comes from Amazon's Retail Analytics API with a lag of a few days — the dashboard itself shows the cutoff date.

Can I edit and publish listings for a Vendor account through EcomVision?

Today the 1P Listing Builder includes a safe write test: you enter an ASIN and the system checks, using Amazon's own preview mode, whether that content would be accepted — without actually writing anything to the listing. It's the first step before full editing and publishing opens up for Vendor accounts.

Does the menu change for a Vendor account?

Yes. For a 1P account, the menu hides items that only exist for 3P (such as Financial Reconciliation) and shows the 1P Dashboard, Product Costs, Suppliers and the 1P Listing Builder. Ads items (Campaigns, Dayparting, Bulk Actions) only appear if the same account also has Amazon Ads connected.
