P&L filters
Category, Brand, Product, Supplier or Sponsored — each filter recalculates the full table for the selected slice only, with a "What to do now" insight and Download Excel.
Inventory and tied-up capital
Capital tied up at cost (COGS) per product, available, reserved, inbound, daily sell-through, days of cover, lead time and when to reorder — prioritized by out-of-stock products and lost sales.

Example
You open the P&L, filter by Category, and the "What to do now" insight flags that net margin dropped 1.2 points this month, driven by COGS. You switch the filter to Product, find the specific ASIN, confirm that item's cost went up and download the Excel file to bring the number to your supplier meeting.

Where do the P&L numbers come from?
Every P&L number comes from the platform's single source of profit. The report shows Gross Revenue, COGS, Amazon Fees (Referral, FBA fulfillment, Other fees), Taxes, Contribution Margin, Ads, Operating Expenses and Net Profit, month by month. When the exact cost or fee isn't available, the value is estimated from the percentages set in Costs.
Can I filter the P&L by category, brand or product?
Yes. The P&L has five filter scopes: Category, Brand, Product, Supplier and Sponsored — each one recalculates the full table (Revenue, COGS, Fees, Taxes, Margin, Ads, Net Profit) for the selected slice only, with Download Excel available on any filter.
What does the Inventory and tied-up capital report show?
How much capital is tied up at cost (COGS) in each product, available, reserved, inbound, daily sell-through, days of cover, lead time and when to reorder — with KPIs for total tied-up capital, out-of-stock products and products with lost sales, prioritized for replenishment.
