Your sales, ACoS, TACoS, ROI and profit, in one dashboard.

The Dashboard brings together the metrics that are scattered across separate Seller Central reports: how much you sold, how you sold it (organic vs. ads), how much you paid in fees and Ads, and what the result was — before and after advertising. Gross and net margin, ROI, ACoS, TACoS, average order value and much more, with period comparison and product-level detail.

What it is and who it's for

The Dashboard is the central metrics view for your Amazon business. On a single screen, it shows sales, number of orders and units, average order value, ad spend, ACoS and TACoS, gross and net profit (before and after Ads), gross and net margin, and ROI — calculated automatically from your account's synced data. You can compare performance across periods (yesterday, 7/15/30 days, month to date, month forecast) and drill down by product: what sold the most, what made the most profit, what's burning ad spend with no return.

It's for any seller who loses time cross-referencing separate Seller Central reports (sales, fees, Ads) to put that picture together — from the solo seller to the agency tracking many accounts and brands at once.

If you need the details of a specific order (status, buyer, items in that order), that's the Sales page, not the Dashboard — the two complement each other: the Dashboard shows consolidated metrics by period and by product, while Sales shows order-by-order activity in real time.

The problem it solves

Seller Central shows orders, fees, payouts and Ads in separate reports — to see ACoS, TACoS, net margin and profit after Ads for a period all at once, the manual route is to export several reports, cross-reference spreadsheets and recalculate every metric by hand. That eats time every time you need to decide where to focus, and delays spotting a margin drop or a product that started spending on Ads without selling.

How it works

1️⃣

Pick the period

Today, yesterday, 7, 15 or 30 days, month to date, last month, month forecast or a custom range.

2️⃣

Synced Amazon data

Orders, fees, payouts (SP-API) and campaigns (Amazon Ads API) already synced with your account — answers are instant, without waiting on Amazon for every query.

3️⃣

KPIs calculated automatically

ACoS, TACoS, ROI, gross and net margin, profit before and after Ads — with COGS, referral fees, other fees and ad spend already deducted.

4️⃣

Compare periods and drill down

See the change versus the previous period line by line, or drill into the product ranking — ready to decide without a spreadsheet.

Example

You want to know whether this month is going better or worse than last month, and why. You open the Dashboard, select "month to date," compare it with the previous period and see, line by line, whether the drop came from fewer organic sales, more ad spend or higher fees — then drill into the product ranking to find exactly which item is dragging the result down. All on one screen, instead of exporting separate order, fee and Ads reports from Seller Central and cross-referencing them by hand in a spreadsheet.

Integrations and data used

Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API)

Orders, fees and referral fees, and financial payouts (Finances) — synced with your account, authorized via OAuth.

Amazon Ads API

Spend, clicks and sales attributed to campaigns — to calculate ACoS, TACoS and profit after Ads.

Dashboard vs. manual Seller Central reports

In Seller Central

Export the orders, fees and campaign reports (from separate screens), cross-reference the spreadsheets and calculate ACoS, TACoS, margin and profit after Ads by hand.

In the EcomVision Dashboard

Pick the period and see sales, ACoS, TACoS, ROI, margin and profit before/after Ads already calculated, with an automatic comparison against the previous period.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Dashboard show individual orders?

No. The Dashboard brings together your business KPIs (sales, ACoS, TACoS, ROI, margins, profit before and after Ads) by period and by product. To see the details of each individual order, use the Sales page.

Where does the Dashboard data come from?

From the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) — orders, fees and payouts — and the Amazon Ads API — campaign spend and sales — synced with your authorized account.

Does the Dashboard take any action on my Amazon account?

No. It's a read-only dashboard — it shows what has already happened in your account. Optimization actions live in other areas of the platform, always with your approval.
