What it is and who it's for

Vision is available as a chat panel on every screen of the platform. You ask — "how were sales today?" — and it answers with your account's real numbers, already explained. When the question calls for an action — negating a search term, adjusting a bid, restocking inventory — it builds a confirmation card with every change named, and only applies it on Amazon after you click Apply.

It's built for anyone who manages Amazon accounts (their own or agency clients') and wants diagnosis and execution without opening report after report — asking and confirming, instead of hunting for data and building the fix by hand.

The problem it solves

Diagnosing an Amazon account means opening several reports and cross-checking numbers by hand — and even after you find the problem, you still have to build the fix (negative keywords, bid changes, new targeting) one by one in Amazon itself. Teach Vision

Upload article links or files (PDF, Word, Excel, image, txt) with information about your account. That knowledge stays restricted to whoever uploaded it — Vision uses it only in that account's answers.

Example

You ask "how were sales today?" and Vision replies with the day's revenue, ad sales, spend and TACoS. Then you ask it to cut wasted spend in your active campaigns — it identifies the underperforming search terms, but warns that one of them already converts above break-even and shouldn't be negated, proposing dedicated targeting instead. You review the card with the 6 suggested negative keywords and click Apply.

In Act mode, Vision only builds the proposal. The change reaches Amazon only after you click Apply on the confirmation card.

Files and links uploaded in "Teach Vision" stay restricted to the account that uploaded them — no other customer can access them, unless manually reviewed and promoted to the general base.

Frequently asked questions

Does Vision take actions without my approval?

No. In Ask mode, Vision only analyzes and explains. In Act mode, it builds the action — adding negative keywords, adjusting bids, pausing campaigns — and shows a confirmation card listing every change. It only applies anything after you click Apply.

How does Act mode work?

You ask by text or voice. Vision identifies the actions (for example, adding underperforming search terms as negatives in specific campaigns), builds a "Confirm N action(s) on your Amazon account" card with every change named, and only applies them on Amazon after you approve. You can cancel with no changes made.

Does Vision just execute, or does it explain its reasoning too?

Both. Before suggesting an action, Vision explains why — for example, why a specific search term shouldn't be negated despite a high ACoS, if it already converts above break-even. The explanation always comes with the recommendation.

What is "Teach Vision"?

A screen where you upload article links or files (PDF, Word, Excel, image, txt) with information specific to your account. That knowledge stays restricted to the account that uploaded it — no other customer can access it — and EcomVision reviews what's uploaded before, when it makes sense, promoting it to the general knowledge base.
