Know what to send to FBA — and check what arrived.

FBA Shipments connects both ends of logistics: how much to replenish and when (based on real sales velocity, inbound inventory and lead time), and the reconciliation of each shipment after it leaves — by product, by shipment or by fulfillment center — with inbound losses classified by cause.

What it is and who it's for

The page has three tabs. In Replenishment, each tracked product shows inventory, inventory value, inbound quantity, sales velocity, coverage and a suggested send quantity — adjustable to 30, 45, 60 or 90 days of target coverage — with a consolidated shipment plan (how many products, units and the purchase cost involved).

In FBA Shipments, you track what's already been sent: rolled up by product (shipped vs. received, with the dollar amount in discrepancy and the loss classified by cause — lost, damaged, found, received), by shipment (a timeline for each shipment, from picked up to closed) or by fulfillment center, with a map showing where your inventory sits and what's in transit to each FC. The Diagnosis tab points out what's causing stockouts, stockout risk or ads running with no inventory.

It's for FBA sellers who need to decide how much to restock and when without losing sales to stockouts, and then confirm that every shipment arrived complete — without waiting for Seller Central's inventory reports to reveal a loss along the way.

The problem it solves

Working out how much to send to FBA means combining sales velocity, current inventory, inbound inventory and supplier lead time — done by hand, it happens late or by rough estimate. And once the shipment leaves, confirming that Amazon received the same quantity you sent means tracking status manually; without that, an inbound loss only shows up after it has already hurt sales.

How it works

1️⃣

Inventory diagnosis

Slow-moving inventory, stockout risk, ads with no inventory and out-of-stock products, with a recommended action for each situation. See the demo →

2️⃣

Replenishment suggestion per product

How much to send, calculated from real sales, inbound inventory, lead time and target coverage, with a consolidated shipment plan.

3️⃣

Reconciliation by product, shipment or FC

Shipped vs. received rolled up by ASIN, a timeline for each shipment, or a map by fulfillment center — the same discrepancy from three angles.

4️⃣

Losses classified by cause

When a shipment closes with a discrepancy, the platform classifies the loss — lost, damaged, found later, received — with its dollar value.

Example

The Replenishment tab shows a product selling 2.5 units a day with zero inventory, and its ad still live, spending budget with nothing to sell. You accept the suggestion to send 150 units, download the shipment plan CSV and create the shipment. A few days later, in the Shipments tab, you see it closed at 93% received — you open the breakdown and confirm the gap was classified as lost, with the exact value of the loss.

🔒

Planning and read-only, no shipment creation

FBA Shipments suggests and diagnoses, but doesn't create shipments or send anything through Amazon — creating and dispatching shipments stays in your usual process with your carrier and Seller Central.

FBA Shipments vs. a manual spreadsheet

Manual spreadsheet

Working out how much to restock by combining sales, inventory and lead time by hand, and tracking each shipment by opening Seller Central product by product until a discrepancy shows up.

With FBA Shipments in EcomVision

The replenishment suggestion already calculated, and every shipment tracked by product, by shipment or by FC, with the loss already classified by cause when the shipment closes.

Frequently asked questions

How is the suggested FBA send quantity calculated?

From the product's real sales, available FBA inventory, inventory already inbound, supplier lead time, target coverage (in days) and ABC classification when available — adjustable to 30, 45, 60 or 90 days of coverage.

When is a shipment discrepancy treated as a loss?

Only once the shipment is closed. While it's in transit or receiving, the gap between shipped and received may still be resolved; the platform classifies the loss by cause (lost, damaged, found later) only after the shipment closes.

Can I see shipments by fulfillment center?

Yes. The "By FC" view shows a map of each Amazon fulfillment center your account uses, with current inventory and what's in transit to each one.

Does FBA Shipments create shipments or send products through Amazon?

No. It's a read-only planning dashboard — it shows what to send and tracks the status of each shipment you've already created. Creating the shipment and physically shipping it stay in your usual process with your carrier and Seller Central.
