What it is and who it's for
You set the rule (for example, send 12 days after purchase) and an ASIN selection — the platform tracks delivered orders and sends the request automatically, respecting the allowed window and never repeating for anyone already contacted. The queue is organized in four tabs: Pending, Requests sent, Not eligible (outside the window or criteria) and Failed (attempts with errors).
Each order in the queue shows product, ASIN/SKU, status, fulfillment and the purchase or send date, with search by order, product, ASIN or SKU, filters and export to XLSX. It's for sellers who want more reviews without manually remembering every eligible order, always within what Amazon allows.
The problem it solves
Requesting reviews order by order, at the right time and without breaking Amazon's policies, doesn't scale by hand — it's easy to forget, request outside the window, or ask the same customer twice. Without automation, your review volume is limited to what you can keep up with manually.
How it works
Set the rule
Define how many days after purchase to send and which ASINs the automation covers.
Automatic, official sending
The request goes out through Buyer-Seller Messaging when the order enters the allowed window, with no manual work.
Organized queue
Pending, Sent, Not eligible and Failed, each with the reason and the order details.
Track and export
Search, filters by status/period and export to XLSX, to follow volume and results.
Example
You turn on the automation with the rule "12 days after purchase" for your whole catalog. Every day, the platform identifies the orders that entered the window and sends the request through the official channel — you just follow the volume sent in the Requests sent tab and check whether any failure needs attention.
Integrations and data used
Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API)
Orders and delivery status, used to know when each order enters the eligible window.
Buyer-Seller Messaging
Amazon's official buyer-seller communication channel, used to send the request within the allowed policies.
Controls and safety
Within Amazon's policies
Sent only through the official channel (Buyer-Seller Messaging), respecting the allowed window and never duplicating a request for the same order.
Configurable rule and selection
You decide when to send and which ASINs are part of the automation — and you can pause it at any time.
Isolated per account
Each tenant only sees and sends requests for its own orders — no data is accessible to any other EcomVision customer.

Review Requests vs. requesting by hand
Requesting by hand
Remembering every eligible order, checking the allowed window and sending one by one — it doesn't scale beyond a small catalog.
With Review Requests
Set the rule once, get automatic sending within the window and policy, with a queue organized by status.
Frequently asked questions
How does Review Requests know when to send the request?
The rule is configurable — for example, 12 days after purchase — and the platform only sends within the window Amazon allows and when there's no previous request for that order, avoiding duplicates and policy violations.
Is the request sent through Amazon's official channel?
Yes, through Buyer-Seller Messaging — Amazon's official buyer-seller communication channel — within the allowed policies, with no contact outside the platform.
Can I exclude specific products or orders from the automation?
Yes, the automation has a configurable ASIN selection, and every order goes through eligibility criteria — those that don't qualify (outside the window or already contacted) go to the Not eligible tab.
How do I track what's been sent and what failed?
The screen has tabs for Pending, Requests sent, Not eligible and Failed, each order with status, fulfillment and date — with export to XLSX.
