What to do now, ranked by dollar impact.

The Priority Center brings three things together: what needs attention right now (Now), AI-identified improvement opportunities with a priority score (Opportunities), and a summary of what changed in the period (Summary) — all ranked by estimated financial impact, so you don't have to hunt for problems screen by screen.

What it is and who it's for

In Now, you see open priorities, how many are critical, and the total estimated impact, with "Do first" highlighting the 3 highest-impact, most urgent actions — and the full priority queue below, filterable by status, goal, and sort order, showing category, dollar impact, and the recommended action for each item.

In Opportunities, every improvement suggestion (scale spend on a winning product, cut spend where it doesn't pay off, restock idle inventory) gets a 0–100 score that combines potential impact, data confidence, and ease of execution — with a filter by category (Revenue, Profit, Ads, Inventory, Operations) and the biggest opportunity always pinned at the top.

In Summary, you see the period comparison (sales, ad spend, orders, ACoS, TACoS), what changed since the previous period, and the day's critical priority with its estimated impact — and you can send that briefing by email. It's built for anyone managing multiple accounts or a large catalog who needs one place that already says what to do first, instead of digging through every screen in the platform.

The problem it solves

In a business with many products, campaigns, and accounts, the signals that something needs attention — a stockout, shrinking margin, ads above target, a winning product that deserves more spend — are scattered across different screens. Without one place that connects all of it and tells you what matters most, it's easy to spend time on what's urgent but small and miss what actually moves results.

How it works

1️⃣

Do first

The 3 highest-impact, most urgent actions, highlighted at the top of the Now tab, with a direct action button to resolve them.

2️⃣

Full priority queue

Every item awaiting action, with category, dollar impact, account, and status — filterable and sortable.

3️⃣

Scored opportunities

Improvement suggestions ranked 0–100 by impact, confidence, and ease, with the biggest opportunity always on top.

4️⃣

Period summary

What changed, what needs attention, and the day's critical priority — with the option to send it by email.

Example

You open the Priority Center in the morning and see, under "Do first", a critical stockout on a product with a sales history — you click "Restock" and handle it. Then you move to Opportunities and see a winning product with a score of 86, suggesting you scale spend because it sells within your ACoS target with a positive margin. Finally, you check the previous day's Summary and email the briefing to your team.

Priority Center vs. checking screen by screen

Checking screen by screen

Opening Products, Costs, Campaigns, and Inventory separately to find what needs attention, without knowing upfront what matters most.

With the Priority Center

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between Now and Opportunities?

Now is the priority queue — problems and situations already happening, ranked by impact and urgency, with the 3 most critical actions highlighted under "Do first". Opportunities are improvement suggestions with upside, ranked by a 0–100 score that combines impact, data confidence, and ease of execution.

How is an opportunity's score calculated?

The 0–100 score combines potential impact (45%), confidence in the data behind the suggestion (30%), and ease of execution (25%). The higher the score, the higher that opportunity's relative priority.

Does the Priority Center take actions on its own?

No. Each item has an action button (such as "Restock", "Analyze product", or "Increase spend") that takes you to the right screen in the platform — the final decision and execution are always yours.

Can I get the summary by email?

Yes. The Summary tab has a "Send briefing by email" option, with the period's key metrics, what changed, and the day's critical priority.
