What it is and who it's for
It lives under Campaigns → Campaign by Product. The list shows only products you can advertise right now: active, buyable, with a SKU and sellable inventory. Search by name, ASIN, SKU or UPC/EAN and see each one's inventory and FBA/FBM status.
It's built for anyone who needs to start advertising a product without doing keyword research from scratch — a restock back in inventory, a new catalog item, a product that never had a campaign.
The problem it solves
A good campaign takes three decisions: which keywords, how much to bid, and whether the bid fits the margin. Without data, the usual answer is a broad auto campaign that spends while it learns. Campaign by Product starts with what already works — the keywords competitors are selling on — and caps the bid at what the product can afford.
How it works
Find the best keywords
Up to 3 exact-match keywords with recommended bids, using the "exact keywords based on leading competitors" strategy.
Competitors with sales
Up to 10 first-page competitors, with Amazon's past-month purchases badge ("X+ bought in past month").
Adjust before creating
Bid in $0.05 steps (minimum $0.02), remove keywords and set the daily budget (minimum $1), with the average bid on screen.
Create campaign
One click creates and activates the campaign in Amazon Ads and shows you the link to it.
The guardrails that come built in
Bid capped by margin. The bid ceiling is the product price multiplied by the account's target ACoS — the recommended bid never goes beyond what the product can afford.
No duplicates. The same campaign isn't created twice on the same day; if it already exists, the screen tells you.
No half-built campaigns. If any part of the creation fails on Amazon, the campaign is paused instead of running incomplete.
No guessing. When there isn't enough data for a safe campaign, the screen says so instead of suggesting random keywords.
Example
A product is back in stock at FBA. You search by SKU, click "Find the best keywords" and get 3 exact-match keywords with recommended bids, next to 5 competitors selling on those searches. You drop a keyword that's too generic, lower the main one's bid by $0.10, set a $30 budget and create. The campaign goes live right away.

Campaign by Product vs. a campaign built by hand
By hand
Research keywords, look at competitors, estimate a bid without knowing whether it fits the margin, and build the campaign in the Amazon Ads console.
In EcomVision
Exact-match keywords with recommended bids, competitors that sell, a bid cap based on margin and one-click creation.
Frequently asked questions
What is Campaign by Product?
It's an EcomVision screen that builds a Sponsored Products campaign for an in-stock product: up to 3 exact-match keywords, the recommended bid for each, competitors with sales, and one-click creation in Amazon Ads.
Which products show up?
Only the ones you can advertise right now: active, buyable, with a SKU and sellable inventory above zero. Variation parents don't show up; their child variations do.
How is the bid set?
The screen suggests the recommended bid for each keyword, capped at price × the account's target ACoS. You can adjust it in $0.05 steps.
Is the campaign created paused?
No, it's created and activated right away. It's only paused if some part of the creation fails on Amazon.
Does it use generative AI?
No. The keywords and bids come from data — the account's conversions, Amazon's recommendations and the searches where competitors make sales.
