FBM and FBA, side by side, at real cost.
Pricing simulates FBM and FBA at the same time, with real costs already filled in — including the FBA fee calculated by Amazon's own API — and shows margin, ROI and the price needed to hit your target margin for each. Change any field and watch everything recalculate instantly.

What it is and who it's for
Pricing starts from a product (ASIN), the selling price, the target margin you want and
the item's physical data (weight, dimensions, COGS, tax, ad spend, other costs) and builds
two scenarios side by side: FBM (your own logistics, with the shipping
cost you enter) and FBA (Amazon fulfills it), the latter with the
logistics fee calculated by Amazon's API (getMyFeesEstimate) for the
weight and box you enter.
Each scenario shows the total cost (COGS, referral fee, logistics, shipping to Amazon, tax, ad spend, other), the margin in amount and in %, the ROI and the price needed to reach the target margin you set — with the most profitable method flagged automatically.
It's for anyone who has to decide, product by product, which fulfillment option really pays off — or simulate the effect of changing price, tax or ad spend on margin before making any decision, without building the math in a separate spreadsheet.
The problem it solves
Each Amazon fulfillment method has a different fee structure, and the FBA fee itself varies with the weight and dimensions of the box — you can't compare FBM and FBA in your head, and building that math by hand for many products, with the fee table always within reach, is slow and error-prone. The usual result is choosing a fulfillment method without really knowing which one gives the most margin.
How it works
Enter the product and costs
ASIN, selling price, target margin, weight and dimensions, COGS, tax, ad spend and other costs — most of it pre-filled when the product is already registered.
Both methods calculated at once
FBM and FBA, each with the correct logistics cost for the weight and box you enter — the FBA fee comes straight from Amazon's API.
Margin, ROI and the most profitable
Each scenario shows total cost, margin in amount and %, ROI and the price to hit the target margin — with the most profitable method highlighted.
Adjust and apply your choice
Change any field to simulate a different scenario, and click "Apply" on the method you pick to save the decision to the product record.
Example
You're deciding whether a new SKU should go through FBA or whether it pays more to fulfill it yourself via FBM. You enter the product's weight, dimensions and COGS, set the target margin, and instantly see that FBA, even with Amazon's logistics fee, delivers a 10% margin against FBM's 8.5% — because the referral fee and tax are the same in both cases, but FBA hands the whole logistics job to Amazon. You apply FBA and move on to the product record.
Integrations and data used
Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API)
FBA fee estimate (getMyFeesEstimate) for the weight, dimensions and region you enter, synced with your account authorized via OAuth.
Your own shipping cost
For FBM, the shipping you pay to deliver each unit, entered once and reused in the calculation.
Costs registered in your account
The product's COGS, tax, ad spend and other costs, used in the margin and ROI calculation for both methods.
Controls and security
"Apply" changes nothing on Amazon
Applying a fulfillment method saves the choice to the product record inside EcomVision — it doesn't change price, listing or fulfillment method in Seller Central.
Isolated per account
Each tenant simulates and applies only to its own products — no data is accessible to any other EcomVision customer.

Pricing vs. a manual spreadsheet
Manual spreadsheet
Keeping Amazon's fee table up to date on the side, calculating the FBA fee by weight and dimensions by hand, and building the margin math for each method, product by product.
In EcomVision Pricing
Fill in the product data once and see both methods calculated at the same time, with the FBA fee coming straight from Amazon's API and the most profitable one already highlighted.
Frequently asked questions
Which fulfillment methods does Pricing compare?
FBM (your own logistics) and FBA — side by side, each with total cost, margin in amount and %, ROI and the price needed to hit the target margin you set.
Where do the automatically filled logistics costs come from?
For FBA, from Amazon's own fee estimate API (getMyFeesEstimate) — the real values for the weight, dimensions and region you enter, not a generic estimate. For FBM, from the shipping cost you enter.
Does clicking "Apply" change the price on Amazon?
No. "Apply" only saves the fulfillment method and the parameters you chose to the product record inside EcomVision — nothing is changed in Seller Central.
Can I simulate a promotional price or change a cost on the spot?
Yes. Any field — price, promotional price, COGS, tax, ad spend, other costs — can be adjusted, and the margin and ROI of both methods recalculate instantly.
