The Academy, unlocked by track

The EcomVision Academy is organized into 7 tracks, from basic Amazon operations to Ads, data, brand, AI and using the app. The EcomVision team unlocks the Academy for each account track by track: with Track 1 unlocked, you see Track 1 under System › EcomVision Academy; other tracks don't show. With no track unlocked, the menu item doesn't appear and the rest of the app is unchanged.

In practice, access follows where the business is: an account still being set up starts with Track 1, and the next tracks are added as they're published and make sense for the account.

What's in Track 1

Track 1 — Fundamentals and Amazon Operations has two complete courses:

  • Course 1 — Amazon Growth System (12 lessons). How Amazon works beyond the marketplace, what to prepare before opening the account, initial Seller Central setup, catalog and your first product, base listing, product page images and video, A+ and Brand Store, Amazon Ads (traffic and validation), Sponsored Products in practice, optimization and scaling, and search term intelligence.
  • Course 2 — Amazon Seller Setup and Operations System (10 lessons). From company to operational account; documents and business data; inside Seller Central; catalog (ASIN, variations, GTIN and category); margin before the first order (fees, shipping and taxes); inventory and logistics (FBA, DBA and self-fulfillment); Buy Box; reputation (reviews, customer service and returns); account integrity; and the weekly operating routine, which is the final project: the Account Operations Manual.

What comes with each lesson

Click a lesson to open it. Each one includes:

  • lesson slides (.pptx) and a student handbook (.pdf) to download and revisit;
  • an exercise workbook and a deliverable worksheet to fill in with your own business data, plus a filled-in example to compare against;
  • a completion checklist, saved item by item to your user;
  • the audio transcript and, on screen, every slide with its text, “What you need to understand” and the full narration.

The lesson audio player is already on screen. Narrated audio is arriving lesson by lesson; until a lesson's recording is out, the full narration is available in writing on every slide.

Course 2, Lesson 7, Buy Box and offer competitiveness, open: buttons to download slides, handbook, exercise workbook, offer diagnosis worksheet, filled-in example, checklist and transcript, followed by the annotated slides.

The exam: score, badge and answer key

At the end of the track is the Track 1 exam:

  • 24 questions based on real operating situations, graded on the server;
  • a minimum score of 70% earns the 🏅 Track 1 badge;
  • you can retake it as often as you like, and your best score counts;
  • after you submit, each question shows whether you got it right, the correct answer, your answer when you missed it and which lesson to review (for example, “Review: Course 1, Lesson 4”).

The answer key turns a mistake into a next step: instead of only a score, you know which concept fell behind and where to study it again.

Track 1 in English

All of Track 1 is also available in English: lessons, slides, material and the exam. With the app set to English, the Academy shows up in English automatically.
